As a supplier of high-quality smokers for professional, semi-professional and home use, we are pleased to introduce you to our latest product. The Gastronorm smoker offers the same advantages as the rest of our range, but also offers further improvements or extensions. The stove is fully insulated and comes in double-walled, robust stainless steel. The smoked products inside the oven are only heated by indirectly heated air, an additional supply of oxygen does not take place. As a result, the goods cook evenly without drying out, at the same time a transfer of taste, for example from fish to meat, is prevented. In addition to the rather low acquisition costs, the furnace also offers catchy operability, so that time-consuming and cost-intensive personnel training is no longer necessary.

Increase the quality of your home with your new electric smoker

We have the right tool for every area in our range. In order to meet the different requirements, our furnaces are multifunctional high-performance devices. Our gastronorm smoker is no exception. With a capacity of 18 kilograms of meat or 36 fish, the oven is able to deliver full power even at customer-intensive times. Five bays for containers and grates provide more capacity, thus also increasing flexibility in product preparation and simplifying the handling of processes in the kitchen. Smoking, cooking, warming up, stewing or baking are no problem with the smoker. As a portable tabletop device, the oven can also be set up individually at any desired location. So you can prepare your dishes directly in front of the eyes of your guests – ideal for use in the experience gastronomy!

How it works:

STEP 1 | PREHEAT

Turn the temperature control knob and set to the desired cooking temperature. As soon as the temperature is reached, the green lamp goes out.

STEP 2 | FILLING THE SMOKER PAN

Fill the smoking pan with smoking flour of your choice and preference, add a little water and place on the heating coil in the oven.

STEP 3 | LOAD OVEN

Load the grates with the goods to be smoked. Slide in the drip tray with a rack on the bottom rail, slide in another rack on the top rail if necessary.

STEP 4 | SWITCH ON TIMER

Turn the timer to 15 minutes. This initiates the smoking process and ends it when it is finished. The red lamp starts to light up.

STEP 5 | SET SIGNAL CLOCK

The cooking and smoking time is set here. You can determine these yourself or take them from our recipe book. Please also refer to our recipe book for the cold smoking procedure.
